How to use :
The U-shape of our handmade scraper allows for an easy use and to clean in a single stroke, without gagging. Simply stick out your tongue and place the cleaner at the back of your mouth. Then lightly pull it towards the front.
Please use the tongue scraper gently. Do not apply too much pressure, possibly harming your tongue and its taste buds.
It is best to use tongue scrapers after brushing the teeth. The inexpensive practice does not replace toothbrushing. However, a study examining the effects of tongue cleaning on bacterial floral found that regular tongue cleaning alongside normal teeth brushing is the key to keep bacteria levels low.
Caring for your tongue cleaner :
This product should be washed and dried by hand after use, to ensure no quality tarnish.
Unlike plastic tongue cleaners this product is designed for long-lasting durability. As it ages the brass will over time naturally develop a deeper colour. This change in appearance will not have a negative effect on its usability.

Should you choose this option click&collect orders received by 12 noon may be picked up by 4pm same day.

We ask you to please keep in mind our vintage products have had a long life therefore these treasures will always show evidence of that long life. Please read all product descriptions carefully, especially when purchasing from our vintage range as we will have detailed any flaws, marks or defects that may be present due to the age of the product.
